Right of return

Since drumsticks are consumable items, they cannot be returned.

If there is a problem with your order (damaged, not received), please send us an email to clement@vikory.com (with a photo of the damaged package).

Please note: If your package is damaged, refusing it upon delivery is the best solution. We cannot offer a full refund if the package was not refused.

Once we receive your request and image via email, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
