Preamble

The VIKORY trademark is registered with the INPI and used by CG-MC.

The http://www.vikory.com store is owned by CG-MC.

Prices and VAT

1. Awards

The sale prices of products sold on the www.vikory.com website include VAT. However, these prices do not include delivery charges or any customs duties. A detailed invoice will be attached to each order.

VIKORY reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is registered, subject to availability.

2. VAT and taxes

– Delivery in mainland France and Europe:

Items ordered on the site are subject to French VAT (20%).

– Delivery to the rest of the world and French overseas departments and territories

The price will be automatically calculated inclusive of VAT on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be payable. VIKORY is not responsible for these charges. You are entirely responsible for their declaration and payment to the appropriate authorities in your country. We advise you to check with your local authorities.

Order delivery

Deliveries are made by La Poste, by Colissimo, delivered without signature. Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered directly to your letterbox within 48 hours. If the parcel is not large enough and you are absent, a delivery notice will be left. You can then collect your parcel from your nearest post office within 15 days. Follow the progress of your parcel at any time on www.colissimo.fr.

By opting for Colissimo delivery, you are choosing a carrier that offsets the CO2 emissions of all parcels delivered to reduce its environmental impact.

Delivery problems

We accept no liability for longer delivery times (particularly in the event of strikes) or for loss or damage caused by the carrier.

1) You have not received your order within 72 hours (without any information from us)?

Using your order number (which you will find in the order confirmation e-mail), contact us immediately by e-mail via the Contact page. We will then launch an inquiry with La Poste. With the exception of pre-orders, we undertake to deliver within 25 days. Should this not be the case, we will reimburse you in full within 30 days.

A survey by La Poste can take up to 21 days from the start date of the survey.

2) Is the package faulty?

Upon receipt of the parcel and if you notice a defect (crushed, torn, open, damp parcel, etc.), we advise you to refuse it.
If you decide to keep the defective parcel, we decline all responsibility.

3) After receiving my parcel, the item does not match my order?

Example: you order a pair of Ananda sticks in 5A and receive them in 5B.

Contact us via the Contact page. In this case, we will cover the cost of returning the product(s) taken back, as well as the cost of reshipping.

Rates

The price depends on your order, the shipping method chosen and the distance to the destination country. When you confirm your order, delivery options and prices will be clearly indicated on your invoice.

Late delivery

VIKORY cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the www.vikory.com website, and resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in point 4, or from the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

VIKORY cannot be held responsible for indirect damages (such as loss of business or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of the www.vikory.com website.

Interactive areas (possibility to ask questions in the contact area) are available to users. VIKORY reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in this area that contravenes French legislation, in particular provisions relating to data protection. Where applicable, VIKORY also reserves the right to hold the user civilly and/or criminally liable, particularly in the event of messages of a racist, insulting, defamatory or pornographic nature, whatever the medium used (text, photographs, etc.).

Payment methods

They are clearly indicated when you place your order:

– Secure payment by credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe

– Payment via Paypal

When you pay by credit card on our website, VIKORY guarantees you a secure payment. We trust our intermediary (Stripe) for financial transactions.

Once you have selected your products, you can enter your bank details:

– Credit card number

– Expiry date

– Encryption code, located on the back of your credit card (last three digits)

When you pay via Paypal, you can open a Paypal account if you wish, but this is not compulsory. We do not take charge of this operation, which is your sole responsibility.

Refusal to pay

You would like to place an order on our site and you are unable to validate your credit card payment?

First of all, make sure that the credit card details you enter correspond to a credit card accepted on our site. Then, don’t forget to check the accuracy of your credit card details on the payment page. If the problem persists, please contact us via the Contact page.

If your payment could not be validated by our services,
The bank details you provided did not allow us to process your order. Please contact your financial institution. The order is currently on hold.

Customer files

In order to meet your needs and provide you with the best possible remote service, we need to record certain information about you, such as your surname, first name and address. This information is essential for the processing and delivery of your orders. It is collected for strictly internal purposes.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 06/01/1978, you have the right to access and rectify this information. All you have to do is write to us, giving your full name and address.
In addition, any bank details you give us when making an online purchase are neither stored nor visible on the Internet.

Disputes

Disputes arising from the application of these terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law.

Failing amicable resolution, the dispute will be referred to the Lille Commercial Court.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision or pay any penalties, with the exception of the cost of returning the goods. This period is fourteen days from receipt of the goods.
